Is retraining required?

OSHA Training Requirements 1926.454

Yes. Retraining is required when:

The worksite environment has changed
The type of scaffold, fall protection, falling object protection or other equipment has changed
Where inadequacies in an affected employee뭩 work involving scaffolds indicate that the employee has not retained the training.
